Group Project: OTTO
Full-Stack Web Development
Developed a full-stack web app for our client that provides info to buyers and sellers of commercial real estate that are interested in off-market property sales.
Sellers are able to provide detailed property info to gauge any interest.
Buyers are able to enter search criteria to find what they're interested in.
Admins are able to approve any property listing or request for more info.
The used technologies: PostgreSQL, Express, React, Node.js [SERN Stacks], Redux & Saga, Google map API, and Material-UI.
Solo Project: AISLE
UX Research & Design
Challenge: Created a multi-touchpoint design strategy from surveys, interviews, focus groups, and field studies and added more features to the app to make it beneficial and efficient for all grocery shoppers and collaborated with app developers.
Result: Identified MVPs and Created a unified mobile app for grocery shoppers and a dynamic platform for future development.
Methods: Competitive Audit, User Interviews, Survey, Card Sorting, Directed Storytelling, Heuristic Analysis, Affinity Diagramming, Wireframing, Interactive Prototyping, Usability Evaluations.

Developed a full-stack web app based on my previous UX research and design project AISLE, to unify all activities related to grocery shopping, and track those all in one place.
The developed app can successfully keep track of all necessities of the user's shopping list, easily.

Collaborated with product teams to develop research goals, identify tasks and scenarios, and establish a test environment.
Created test plan and moderated in-person or remote usability studies and delivered test result reports including statistical analysis.
